Skillful Silence Cohort

The Skillful Silence Cohort is a year-long mindfulness program designed to support the steady integration of silence into daily life. This offering is for individuals who want something deeper than techniques or short-term relief—and who are ready to commit to a slower, more sustaining way of relating to themselves and the world.

Rather than focusing on symptom reduction or constant self-improvement, this cohort emphasizes stability, clarity, and ease as foundations for a well-lived human life.

What This Program Offers

The cohort is intentionally simple and relational. Each element is designed to support continuity rather than intensity.

Pre-program onboarding meeting to gather foundational information, answer questions and set session schedule

2 monthly one-on-one session (virtual, live) for personalized guidance and integration.

Monthly curriculum (virtual, live) delivered through videos and worksheets to orient the practice

Monthly group calls that offer shared reflection, teaching, and practice.

Year-long container that allows insight and change to unfold gradually

The Skillful Silence Cohort is therapeutic in nature and facilitated by a Licensed Professional Counselor. It is offered as an educational, mindfulness based mentorship and is not provided as state regulated psychotherapy or as a substitute for individualized mental health treatment when such care is needed. This program is not designed for crisis intervention, acute stabilization, or intensive symptom management, and participants are encouraged to seek or maintain appropriate clinical support alongside the cohort if needed.

Designed to complement modern mental health care, the Skillful Silence Cohort offers continuity, structure, and space for integration over time. It emphasizes ongoing practice and the development of a steadier relationship with internal experience, supporting those who are ready for a slower, more deliberate approach to mental wellness alongside or beyond formal treatment.

This cohort supports participants in learning how to:

  • Stay connected to themselves without constant self-analysis

  • Relate to emotions without being overtaken by them

  • Move through relationships with greater clarity and less friction

  • Live with a sense of internal steadiness even as external circumstances change

Monthly Investment: $350

This cohort may be a good fit if you:

  • Are seeking depth rather than quick solutions

  • Value reflection, steadiness, and long-term integration

Start date: Summer 2026
